vipinay.con collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and forms part of the binding contract between you and the Company. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. vipinay.con complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.
vipinay.con reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9; failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe; account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or any instruction or requirement issued by a competent regulatory authority.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the vipinay.con support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in the account wallet will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures, provided all KYC requirements have been met.
Account inactivity: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
vipinay.con reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — vipinay.con will notify registered players via email to their registered address at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.
Players who do not accept an amendment are entitled to close their account before the effective date of the amendment, after which any withdrawable balance will be processed in the standard manner. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date without having closed the account will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.
