1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name vipinay.con, accessible at vipinaycon.vip (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by vipinay.con and its affiliated entities ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the Company and each individual who registers an account and uses the Platform ("Player," "you," or "your").

vipinay.con provides real-money online gaming services — including but not limited to live casino table games, slot games, bingo, fishing games, E-Sabong, and sports betting — to eligible players located in the Philippines. The Platform is designed, developed, and intended exclusively for use by Filipino players who meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all aspects of your interaction with vipinay.con, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, customer support communications, and any other use of the Platform or any of its features.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on vipinay.con, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity);
3. You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of account registration and during all gaming activity;
4. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of vipinay.con or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners;
5. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the Platform's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any regulatory body;
6. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
7. You must not be on any list of excluded persons maintained by PAGCOR or any equivalent regulatory authority.

The Company reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time, including during account registration, before processing any withdrawal, or upon receiving any indication that the eligibility criteria may not be met. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within the timeframe specified by the Company will result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each person may register only one (1) account on vipinay.con. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, contact details, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification, your valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

vipinay.con is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. As part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, you will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), Philippine passport, Land Transportation Office (LTO) driver's license, Social Security System (SSS) Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) card, and Commission on Elections (COMELEC) voter's ID. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address and source of funds, where required for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized or unauthorized — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified vipinay.con of unauthorized access. vipinay.con will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

4 Deposits and Payments

vipinay.con accepts deposits through a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

All deposit transactions must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held in the name of a family member, friend, or any other person — are not permitted. Where the Company determines that a deposit originates from a third-party account, the deposit will be returned to the source account and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits to vipinay.con are credited to your gaming wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Company does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits; however, your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor may apply its own charges, which are outside the Company's control. All applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player in accordance with Philippine tax regulations.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once a player's KYC verification has been completed and approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed on a priority basis and typically clear within 15 to 60 minutes; bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours; bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major banks are typically processed within one (1) business day. 6 Bonuses and Promotions

vipinay.con offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion, as published on the Platform at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; bonus funds that have not been converted to withdrawable funds within this period will be removed from the account automatically.

6.2 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfillment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake; live casino table games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo typically contribute between 10% and 25%; E-Sabong contributes at the rate specified in the applicable promotion. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

vipinay.con strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of the promotion, or employing low-risk wagering strategies (such as placing opposing bets on the same game to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements). Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to suspend or permanently close the player's account.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the vipinay.con Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, in the case of slot and virtual table games, or staffed by professionally trained live dealers, in the case of live casino games. All RNG systems used by vipinay.con are independently certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games and house edge figures for all live casino games are published on the relevant game information pages.

In the event of a technical failure during any game — including server disconnections, software errors, or hardware failures — the Company will endeavor to restore the game state and settle affected rounds in accordance with the result that was in progress at the time of the failure. Where a game state cannot be reliably restored, the Company will void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. Decisions made by the Company in connection with technical failures are final.

Where a game is offered with a maximum win cap per round or per session, this limit will be clearly disclosed in the game rules. Wins in excess of any stated maximum will be capped at the published limit, and the remainder will not be credited to the player's account.

8 Responsible Gaming

vipinay.con is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. 9 Prohibited Conduct

• Registration or maintenance of more than one account;

10 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, graphics, design elements, and other materials on the vipinay.con Platform are the intellectual property of vipinay.con or its licensors. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, published, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of the Company. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vipinay.con, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. vipinay.con does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may periodically affect Platform availability. The Company will endeavor to minimize disruption and communicate planned maintenance windows in advance wherever possible.

12 Privacy

vipinay.con collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and forms part of the binding contract between you and the Company. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. vipinay.con complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.

13 Account Termination and Suspension

vipinay.con reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9; failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe; account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or any instruction or requirement issued by a competent regulatory authority.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the vipinay.con support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in the account wallet will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

Account inactivity: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gaming activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. After this period, a monthly inactivity administration fee of ₱100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied to the account wallet. Players will be notified at their registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.

14 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of your vipinay.con account or any game outcome, you should contact the vipinay.con support team via the 24/7 live chat function on the Platform in the first instance. Our support team will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved at the first support level, it will be escalated to the Company's compliance department for formal review. You will be notified of the outcome of any formal review within fourteen (14) calendar days of escalation. Decisions made by the compliance department following a formal review are final and binding, subject to any right of appeal available under applicable Philippine law.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

16 Amendments to These Terms

vipinay.con reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — vipinay.con will notify registered players via email to their registered address at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.

Players who do not accept an amendment are entitled to close their account before the effective date of the amendment, after which any withdrawable balance will be processed in the standard manner. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date without having closed the account will be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.
